Patios made up most of the list (about 39 permits labelled simply “Patio”, plus others such as unit patios, house additions and patio-and-fireplace combinations). Carports accounted for 6 and shade sails for a handful more. Half of all jobs were valued between roughly $9,000 and $18,800, and the largest was about $69,000.
