Leda is a suburb in the City of Kwinana, where the planning rules for your lot decide how large and how close to the boundary a patio can be.
My Patio designs, documents and builds patios in Leda and surrounding suburbs, and looks after the paperwork from the first sketch to the final inspection.
We build skillion patios, gable patios, flat roof patios, pergolas, gazebos and carports. Call 0420 361 450 for a free quote.
In Western Australia, most patios, pergolas, carports and similar structures need a building permit before work starts. In Leda, applications go to the City of Kwinana. Your design also has to meet the planning rules for your lot, such as boundary setbacks and open space, and some structures need extra approvals, so it pays to check early.
My Patio designs and builds your new gable patio, skillion patio, flat roof patio, carport, pergola or gazebo, and prepares the drawings and documents for your City of Kwinana building application.
Roof style, colour and materials can be chosen to suit your existing home, and we look after the drawings, council paperwork and build from start to finish.
Spread the cost of your patio with finance, subject to approval. Ask us for current terms.
